Delivery and Return

Delivery Time

UK orders are normally delivered the next working day Monday to Friday if the boots are in stock and the order is placed before 1 pm. If your order is urgent, please feel free to phone for confirmation. Europe/Outside Europe is normally 3–6 days from the date of dispatch. If the item showed “Ships in x weeks” that means you're pre-ordering the item, and it will be ordered by us to the manufacturer which will take around those x amounts of weeks to get here.

Exchanges / Returns

Don't fit? Just don't like them? No problem :) We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of dispatch and if you want an exchange we will send out another pair with no extra shipping charge on most UK orders. Just fill in the Returns section at the bottom of the page under “Customer Service”. Goods must be returned unworn (apart from trying on) and in original packaging. Please look after the boots whilst in your possession, and please only try them on a carpeted surface. For full details, see our Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page. You will have to pay for the return postage but we do not charge postage again (excluding some locations if they're located very far from England) if you wish to exchange for a different product. We recommend using a service with tracking to protect your goods.


If you have not received any email with instructions, it could be in Spam.  If you have checked and still haven't received anything, just follow these instructions to return your items: 

To send the item(s) back for an exchange/refund, all you need to do is:
  1. Put in a paper note your Order number (you can find it in the order confirmation email, if you can't find it call us or email us)
  2. Write under the order number if you'd like a refund or an exchange. If you'd like an exchange, make sure to clearly state which one.
  3. Put the note inside the packaging with the boots/any other item, and make sure all the inserts and tissue are inside the boots, if applicable. If they came in plastic bags, put the boots inside them, so everything is just as it was sent to you. We need the original box so make sure you put the boots in the original box, if applicable. 
  4. Put the boots box in the mailer bag, if applicable. If you already got rid of it, you can use 2 bin bags and tape them around to secure it. Please put boxes in a suitable packing bag, the one that the boots came in can normally be re-used, just remove any labels or turn it inside out. Please do not stick tape or labels to the box itself as this would constitute the goods not being returned in the original condition and your return may be rejected.

We can only accept the returns if the item is sent back in the same condition i.e. soles not scratched, not worn outside carpet and with tags.

It's up to you what service and courier you use. We just recommend you get one with tracking to give you peace of mind.

Once it arrives at our store, we will update your order to “Returned” and a few days later, you will have another update to “Refunded” If you asked for a refund or “Shipped Exchange” if you asked for an exchange. If the item you want to exchange for is not available, we will let you know of the estimated time of arrival. Please check your Spam folder if you don't have any emails. If you still have no emails, just email and we will let you know.
